INFORMATION AND CONSENT
The Personal Data Protection Act (hereinafter “PDPA”) and the General Regulation on Data Protection (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter “GRDP”) ensure the protection of singular identified or identifiable persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
“Personal data” shall mean any information of any nature whatsoever and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable singular person, and, therefore protection does not cover the data of non-singular legal persons.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the member gives his/her informed, express, free, and unambiguous consent for his personal data provided through the site www.ambios.pt to be included in a file of the responsibility of Ambios PT, whose processing under the terms of The PDPA and the GRDP complies with appropriate technical and organizational safety measures.
Ambios PT maintains a database with the registration data of its members. The data present on this database is only the data provided by the person at the time of their registration, which is collected and processed automatically by Ambios PT, the entity responsible for the corresponding file.
Information on philosophical or political beliefs, party or trade union membership, religious belief, private life and racial or ethnic origin, as well as data on health and sex life, including genetic data, shall not be solicited under any circumstance.
In no case shall we carry out any of the following activities with personal data provided to us through this site:
- Give data to others or other entities without the prior consent of the data subject.
- Transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without the prior consent of the data subject.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Ambios PT guarantees the confidentiality of all the data provided by its members.
Despite the fact that Ambios PT collects and processes data in a secure way in order to prevent its loss or manipulation, using the most advanced techniques for this purpose, we inform that the collection of data in an open network allows the circulation of personal data without security conditions, and runs the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties.

In accordance with the provisions of the PDPA and the GRDP, a member may exercise his rights of access, rectification, elimination, limitation, opposition and portability at any time upon request by any of the following means:

AUTHORITY OF CONTROL
